- Sell Autism Awareness Wear at your school during your lunch. If this is sounds like a cool option for you, talk to your school guidance counselor, or events coordinator. Talk to your parents about where to order the merchandise from. Or, if you need help with that, e-mail me at laughytaffy462@aim.com.
- Attend a local event. There are tons of races, dinners, and other events to sponsor help for autistic kids. Since it's April, there will be tons around your neighborhood. When you find a good event, hang posters up at school and tell all your friends. The more the merrier!
- Go to an Autism sight or talk to a foundation and just make a donation. Get all your friends and family to pitch in. This is one of the simplest ways to help. Good places to donate are: Autism Society of America, Autism Speaks, and you can even just watch this video to donate!
- Volunteer your time at any local Autism Center, school, or research facility. Even just being the summer copy person will help out. Talk to your parents about local places to help.
There are tons of ways to help, so just get out there and contribute to saving the world in your own way! Who says kids aren't the ones who keep this world going? If the adults don't have hope, than we have to! It's never too late.
